VILLAGE FAYRE
The Coín Branch of the Royal British Legion invites you to enter an exhibit in our traditional Village Fayre.
Awards will be given to winning entries in all categories.
There will also be a prize for Best in Show. The cost of each entry will be 1¤.
Categories for entry are
1. Best large cake
2. Best set of three scones or buns
3. Jar of jam – any type
4. Jar of pickle or chutney – any type
5. Most perfect three pieces of fruit or vegetables – any type
6. Most amusingly decorated fruit or vegetable
7. Best fresh flower arrangement
8. Best dried flower picture on A4
9. Best home-made bookmark
10. Best mini-garden (e.g. in tray, pot or shoebox)
To Enter: Bring along your exhibit, on the day, together with a piece of paper
with your name on (one piece of paper for every exhibit.). Place your exhibit on the relevant table, e.g., sponge cake, and place your paper, bearing your name, face down, under the exhibit.
