As well as these regular meetings, trips and socials, we have a range of special interest groups who gather between meetings to pursue their favourite pastimes.
Dining Out – We organise a dining out event each month, alternating between evening and lunchtime, and cheaper and more expensive restaurants, cafes and ventas. All members and visitors are welcome to join in these outings.
Gardening Group – meets monthly at various homes.

Walking Group – Twenty two of our members have expressed interest in starting up our walking group again. It has been suggested that walkers take a turn at choosing a walk of interest and informing the others of the difficulty of the walk and whether dogs are permitted. News of the first walk will be available at November meetings.
Cookery Group - This group meets on the last Monday of every second month, usually at The International or otherwise in advertised homes. Each meeting is centred on a theme, the next one being “Christmas Extras” on November 28th at 2 pm. The format is that participants bring a dish ready to eat, or prepared up to the final cooking stage, along with a written copy of the recipe. On most occasions we eat the food.
